In collaboration with an established machine constructor for FFS machines, we design and manufacturer complex production modules according to the customer’s specific requirements. These modules can then be incorporated into the basic machines.
The basic machine consists of the following components:
- machine base frame
- pre-heating station
- forming station
- sealing station
- die-cutting station
- tray packer
Also included are the process sub-assemblies and controls technology.
Our production module includes different functions for hygienic filling (ultra-clean or aseptic).
Details of our production module:
- cup decontamination
- closed filling area with sterile air overpressure
- top foil decontamination
- filling station
- components necessary for operation of the unit
The complete system is commissioned independently and then incorporated into the FFS machine.
