Parallel to the purely mechanical functional sub-assemblies, we have also specialized in the complicated process of hygienic filling.
In order to obtain the appropriate filling quality, in particular for unrefrigerated products requiring a shelf life of more than 40 days, the following features are necessary:
- active cup decontamination
- a clearly defined filling area with corresponding sterile air overpressure
- active heat seal foil decontamination
- preparation of the necessary media (air and H2O2)
- possibility for sterilisation of the complete filling area
We develop and manufacture decontamination systems to be incorporated into different filling lines.
