The programme controls and servo-drives installed in a great number of machines have been in service for several years and are the cause of a high percentage of machine faults. The procurement of spare parts at reasonable conditions is often no longer possible and manufacturers have partly announced the discontinuation of current techniques.
We therefore offer the conversion of the complete controls system on your machine. Over the past two years we have modified the controls on several machines, for example:
- replacement of the controls system, e.g. from Siemens S5 to Siemens S7, Allen Bradley
- new machine visualization, for example: Protool to WinCCflexible or WinCC
- replacement of discontinued servo drives by the new generation, for example: Bosch Rexroth,
Elau, Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
